* All scheduled appointments may be subject to change based on weather conditions

* Lawns that have not received proper maintenance and contain higher growth levels are subject to a higher initial fee. 

* Confirmed appointments that require rescheduling due to Severe weather will be provided with scheduling preference. 

* In certain circumstances where potential obstructions i.e sprinkler systems and the environment warrants it, at the discretion of Davis Brothers Ag a Customer Agreement may need to be completed to allow us to achieve service excellence and maintain transparency among both parties. 

* Appointment cancellations with less than a hour notice may be subject to a cancellation penalty fee. 

* In certain circumstances where potential obstructions such as exposed pipelines, debris, and non easily visible objects etc. may increase the risk of harm to property. At the discretion of Davis Brothers Ag a Customer Agreement may need to be completed to allow us to achieve service excellence and maintain transparency among both parties.

* Commercial property or Acreage that have not received proper maintenance and contain higher growth levels are subject to a higher initial fee at the discretion of the onsite Davis Brothers Ag specialist. 

* Confirmed appointments that require rescheduling due to Severe weather will be provided with scheduling preference whenever possible.
